Adding thing to GIMP
Need to add some new fonts or brushes to GIMP? Here's how to do it. (Click the image to enlarge it)
First, open the program and in the 'Edit' menu at the top, select 'Preferences'.
In the preferences window, expand 'Folders' in the menu on the side by clicking the +.
Depending on what you want to add, click on the word. In this tutorial, I will go with brushes.
Click on the icon that looks like a sheet of paper, then click on the folder icon
by the red/green orb and search for the folder where you keep all the files.
When you find the folder with its contents, click ok.
Next, check the box of the folder that you want to use (If not already checked) and click ok.
Now all you need to do is restart GIMP.
